Delia Knox & Aimee Reid Sych

Worship Master Class

In a world where “worship” has become a matter of the music industry, Delia develops CHOW making it a matter of the heart.  Cultivating Hearts of Worship (CHOW) is not a bunch of intellectual lesson plans or teaching guide on worship to make you feel good.  It is to cultivate and plow the soil of your heart as a worshiper, a leader and a team, tapping into the fountains and springs that lie beneath the surface of it all, exploring the gems within the deep.  You will learn what it is to flow in dimensions of worship with Protocols of the Kingdom.

In this Kairos moment at Joysongs 2012, Aimee Reid Sych and Delia Knox will unite to bring you real life worship experiences and revelation they both have experienced combined and individually.

Keyboards in Modern Worship

In this guitar-driven worship world, is there still room for piano and keyboards? You bet there is! Being an excellent musician is about doing the best you can with what you have. This session will help you make the most of your instrument (and gift) and help you utilize your piano/keyboard/workstation as either a lead instrument or a support to your church’s worship sets. Great for worship musicians, leaders and arrangers, whether you’re just starting out or are classically trained.

Digital Mixers for the Non-Mega Church (Most of Us)

With our Studio Live Consoles, the most powerful and affordable digital mixers in the world, we will demonstrate how to do things that just aren’t possible with other mixers in this class, analog or digital. We will discuss the importance of:

  •  “Presets”: how they serve as a starting point in knowing how to get a great sound immediately even if you’re a beginner to audio.
  •  “Recall”: saving settings and being able to recall them instantly or from a year ago;
  • “Wireless Mixing” being able to mix from anywhere in your church via Wi-Fi, no matter where the mixer is located and allow your musicians to mix their own monitors from their iPhone or iPod Touch.
  • “Recording and Virtual Soundchecks”: being able to record every service and rehearsal with one touch of a button and be able to play it back and practice mixing the band, without the band being there; and much more.  (sponsored by Presonus)

Technology for the Modern Worship and Tech Team: Tools for the Harvest.

This class is designed to take the tech out of the technology. This class is for worship and tech teams!

Learn how the latest audio and music technologies: analog and digital hardware and software; digital instruments and accessories; the use of iPads and iPhones are changing the way we worship and how easily they can help to solve problems we encounter. This class is an ever-changing update on where the technology is right now and where it’s going; tools that our volunteers will find so useful and practical, making our jobs as worship leaders, musicians and techs more fulfilling and less burdensome.

James Wheeler

Waiting on God:

You’ve got big dreams and plans for your ministry.  It’s all clear in your mind and heart,  yet things in the natural aren’t lining up.  It can be a frustrating place of waiting.  We often think of waiting on God as those precious quiet times in the sweet presence of God that fill our tank for another tough day of ministry.  Yet there is an active aspect of waiting on God that can encourage and empower you while releasing change in the environment around you.

In this packed time of teaching Pastor James will minister truths regarding:

  • Praying and speaking in line with covenant promise.
  • Making things work with what you have.
  • Seeing and releasing the Father’s needs.
  • Keeping focus and avoiding vision drift.
  • Knowing the difference between waiting, and stalling!

In addition James will cover practical aspects of waiting on God leading up to and in the context of  a corporate worship setting.  Whatever your present situation, there will be something vital to take way from this course on waiting on God.

“Intimate Worship” The Key To An Open Heaven

As worshippers, we desire to hear God’s voice and know Him more intimately and to be fully known by Him.  “I keep asking that the God our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.” Ephesians 1:17

Intimate worship reveals the heart of God and opens the door for God to speak to us and move in and through us.  Prophetic worship  comes from a place of intimacy with Him.  As we passionately pursue Him, He will supernaturally impart into us.  In this session, we will discuss how “Intimate Worship” brings the spirit of revelation , releases prophetic worship, and is the key to an open heaven; which is essential in these last days, as His Bride, the church, gets ready for the Bridegroom.  Come if you’re thirsting, in need of refreshing, ready to receive a divine impartation from the Holy Spirit and become a carrier of His anointing and glory.

God-Breathed Moments

Just as in the beginning … God’s spirit hovered, was breathed into man & he BECAME … Jesus breathed into man once again, this time filling Him not with physical breath, but with the HOLIEST breath … the breath of the Spirit … and we BECOME! OUR IDENTITY REVEALED in His Breath!  God-Breathed Moments Initiate! We BECOME Alive with His Very Breath!  As we inhale the breath of His Spirit, we take in His DNA & we exhale His life: – His Health & His Divine Nature – His Wisdom & His Direction – His Creativity & His Vision – His Authority & His Dominion!  As we run to Him in worship, we find His very breath!
