Tony Sutherland
Tony Sutherland is a Worship Leader who travels extensively across the United States and in foreign missions conducting powerful encounters with God for every age through anointed music, preaching and teaching. His 20-plus years of leading worship has made him a powerful resource to equip and strengthen the worship experience of the local church. He continues to consult with pastors and has become a dynamic role model for aspiring worship leaders. Along with his travels Tony serves on staff as a Worship Pastor at Free chapel under Pastor Jentezen Franklin where he is being mightily used of God to ignite the flame of worship in the NEXT generation! Tony is also an accomplished songwriter having written songs for CeCe Winans, Phillips-Craig & Dean, Mandisa, Babbie Mason, 4 Him, David & Nicole Binion and The Katinas to name a few. Among one of his top songs for the church is “Bow Down” and which is being sung in over 160 nations of the world. Tony resides in the North Atlanta area with his wife, Sherri and their two amazing children Asher and Anna.
Debbi Arminio
Sister Debbi is a dynamic and challenging teacher of the Word with over 25 years of ministry experience. She has a unique and relevant grasp on the subject of Praise and Worship that has encouraged many in the
body of Christ to encounter the Lord in a deeper dimension. Her revelations and teachings on Worship have enlightened the local Church and been a key resource and major component in the precious times we experience in His presence here at ALWC of Whippany. Sister Debbi is a tremendous support to her husband, Pastor Joe Arminio. Together with their three children, Joseph and his wife Kristin, Faith and her husband Won Kyu, and Joy, they serve the Lord.
Tony Ford
Tony Ford is a currently a member of the Free Chapel Kids Worship Band – KP7 and has co-produced two of their latest CD worship projects. Tony has served full-time in the local church as a worship leader and music pastor for nearly ten-years. Tony began his musical career twenty years ago. As a child he appeared on Star Search, The Joan Rivers Show, Showtime’s Super Dave Show, The Statler Brothers Show, Crook &
Chase and numerous others. He has appeared with or opened for Cher, Diamond Rio, Highway 101 and Aaron Tippin just to name a few. Tony is a professional songwriter, session vocalist & musician having produced many studio and live recordings of all different styles and genres. He is also proficient on several different instruments including guitar, bass, and drums. Tony began producing music at the age of 15 and discovered that he enjoyed the technical side of music as much as the artistry. One of his greatest passions is working with individual artists, singers and songwriters to help them produce and develop their raw material. He has the incredible knack for taking a basic idea and moving it in the right direction. Tony and his wife Lacie live in the North Georgia Mountains along with their son, Judah.
Doug Gould
Doug Gould, Associate Manager of Technical Training and Shure Associate for 6 years, has over 25 years of experience in the pro-audio industry. Upon joining Shure, Doug played a key role in helping establish the fledgling Market Development department, solidifying the company’s role in the house of worship market and identifying new opportunities in theater and music education. He has presented hundreds of workshops all over North America and other parts of the world to musicians and technical ministries serving in their churches and schools. Doug is also the co-author of the Shure educational publication, “Wireless Microphone Systems and Personal Monitor Systems for Houses of Worship,” and was instrumental in bringing leading church songwriters and musicians into Shure’s artist relations program. Doug is a faculty member and presenter for Integrity’s Seminars4Worship series, Christian Musician Summit, the School of Audio for International Worship Institute, and many, many more. He is a lifelong musician and Worship Leader at Heritage Christian Center in East Windsor, NJ.
Sheri Gould
Sheri Gould has taught private voice lessons for 30 years and has been a worship leader and music director in various local churches since 1986. She was also the director of Good News Productions, an evangelistic outreach involving singing, drama, dance and original musicals for 13 years. Currently Sheri writes for Worship Musician! Magazine and Front Yard Worship Magazine and tours the country with her husband teaching and equipping the Body of Christ for music ministry at such conferences as Christian Musician Summit, Seminars4Worship, International Worship Institute, East Coast Worship Summit, Worship Institute Northeast and now, Joysongs! She and her husband, Doug, have 6 children and reside in New Jersey.
Aimee Reid-Sych
Aimee Reid-Sych is an Ordained Minister, Speaker, Recording Artist & TV Host. She pours out her heart to see the Word of God and His presence come alive in people’s lives and situations. She is Associate Pastor to her father Tommy Reid and resides in Buffalo, NY with her husband of 15 years and 2 daughters Kayla and Chloe.
Donnie Rosa
Brother Donnie is a full-time Elder and Worship Leader at Abundant Life Worship Center of Whippany, NJ. He has been with the Church since its inception in 1991 under Pastor Joe Arminio. Donnie has been leading worship for almost 20 years and has produced 4 live worship albums of original songs with the ALWC worship team. He is also the director of the annual Joysongs worship conference that trains worshippers to experience a greater dimension of the presence of God both in their lives and ministry. Donnie and his wife, Linda, serve the Lord together with their four children, Michael, Deanna, Nicole and Natalie.
Cathy Skelley
Cathy is a passionate worship leader and teacher, who has a strong desire for the Lord’s presence and for leading other people there. Under the direction and leadership of Bishop Peter Bruno, Cathy has served at Nutley Abundant Life Worship Center for over 30 years, 25 years as a worship leader, soloist, choir director, and is currently the Minister of Music. Her insatiable hunger for the Lord’s presence drives her to live and teach others of all ages the power of a worshipping life. Cathy is happy and blessed to serve through many evangelistic outreaches, Sunday school classes, and conference workshops. She is a graduate of Montclair State University, is a classically trained vocalist, and has been teaching private voice lessons for over 5 years. Cathy and her husband Greg have been married for 23 years, and reside in Nutley, NJ with their two daughters Cara Joy and Michaela.
Peter Vaque
President of Springtree Media Group LLC in Franklin Tennessee, Peter Vaque has experience in professional installation of audio, lighting and video systems throughout the United States. He formerly served as Worship minister at Palm Canyon Community Church in California, and in the past 20 years at several other churches as well. His ministry and expertise carries with it a worship and stewardship point of view to multi-media in the church. Peter is very happily married with six beautiful children.
James Wheeler
James, his wife Christine of 18 years, and their miracle baby girl Allegra, recently joined the Grace and Peace Staff and church family. He serves as Worship Pastor over the worship, graphic arts, and multi-media ministries.
As a teenager, James developed a great passion for music and art. Over the course of time, as he discovered God’s gifts in him for the creative arts, God dramatically spoke to his heart and called him to a life of ministry and service in the kingdom.
God’s call has unfolded as a life journey for James that has given him a diverse array of ministry opportunities. He received his undergraduate degree in Trombone performance and a Master of Arts in Worship Studies from Oral Roberts University.
James has performed live as a trombonist on television and in professional symphonies and pops orchestras. With music missions teams he has ministered in the U.S. as well as abroad in Finland, Estonia and Japan. He has extensive experience as a studio-recording musician, staff arranger, creative director, songwriter and producer.
James has served on staff in churches ranging in size from 300 to 3000. Before joining the Grace and Peace staff, James had the opportunity to pioneer, lead and plant a church in central Florida.
Through it all, his desire to write, teach and train believers in the area of worship arts has been central. His vision is simple: Heaven’s worship on earth. To see all people from every culture and generation transformed by the presence of God, as the Body of Christ is unified with one voice in worship.
