Tony Sutherland is a Worship Leader who travels extensively across the United States and in foreign missions conducting powerful encounters with God for every age through anointed music, preaching and teaching. His 20-plus years of leading worship has made him a powerful resource to equip and strengthen the worship experience of the local church. He continues to consult with pastors and has become a dynamic role model for aspiring worship leaders. His passion for Jesus is contagious and he is helping to awaken a hunger for God's presence in hearts everywhere.

Along with his travels Tony serves on staff as a Worship Pastor at Free chapel under Pastor Jentezen Franklin where he is being mightily used of God to ignite the flame of worship in the NEXT generation!

Tony is also an accomplished songwriter having written songs for CeCe Winans, Phillips-Craig & Dean, Mandisa, Babbie Mason, 4 Him, David & Nicole Binion and The Katinas to name a few. Among one of his top songs for the church is “Bow Down” and which is being sung in over 160 nations of the world.

No matter what the expression of worship is we strive to worship God enthusiastically and obediently. When we worship it is a reflection of our response to God’s love. In this class we will discuss the Biblical pattern of worship.

Joysongs Worship Concert & Conference

Friday, April 3rd and Saturday, April 4th, 2009

Hundreds of musicians, technicians, and worshippers representing over 30 churches and traveling from as far as Canada met in Whippany, New Jersey on April 3-4, 2009 for the third annual Joysongs Worship Concert and Conference, hosted by Abundant Life Worship Center of Whippany. Under the banner of this year’s theme, Beauty of Holiness, attendees gathered to glorify God by drawing close to Him in worship and to honor Him through pursuing excellence in the gifts and talents He has given.

The conference kicked off with Friday evening’s free worship concert, headlined by special guest Darrell Evans – gifted songwriter, multiple Dove award nominee, and passionate worshipper and worship leader. The night of united and anointed worship set the stage for Saturday’s teaching workshops, offering topics ranging from songwriting and speech level singing to sound technology and excellence in production and arrangement.
